About this series...

(ongoing…)

Softness has always fascinated me.

We are taught to associate softness with safety, innocence, and vulnerability. Yet softness can also feel unsettling. To reveal desire, tenderness, grief, or need is to expose oneself to the possibility of being changed and judged. This series explores the tension between care and control, attraction and destruction, intimacy and violence.

I am interested in the ways these forces coexist rather than oppose one another. What appears fragile may possess its own form of power. Through symbolic imagery and psychological tension, I create spaces where meaning remains unsolved. Beauty and discomfort occupy the same surface. Attraction and resistance become inseparable. The viewer is invited to sit with ambiguity and question why softness itself has become something we struggle to trust.
